Can’t believe how quickly the week went! Being that it’s friday i heart faces is having their weekly Fix-it-Friday post and I thought I’d play for a bit. Today’s image is of a gorgeous little girl. The photo didn’t need a whole lot of fixing, just a few minor tweaks and a wee bit of cloning.

In Lightroom I adjusted white balance and the overall tone of the photo. I also cloned out a few distractions using the Heal/Clone tool. In Photoshop I did a slight curve adjustment to brighten up the midtones and a high pass sharpen to get a bit of clarity. Add a bit of contrast and masked back some of her clothing and her skin. Used the dodge and burn tool around the edges, resized & sharpened….DONE!
