This past weekend I realized how much I love watching my family play sports!
On Saturday my sister had her schedule full of baseball/softball team photos and THREE kids with games so my family and I got asked to bring Ash aka Titah (pronounced Teetah) to her game in Gresham! Lucky for me, I got to watch her have a few GREAT hits and make a few awesome plays! What fun it was to watch her play a sport I played in high school, yes it was YEARS ago! This storyboard below is for her…Ash, Auntie is SO PROUD of you!

After Ash’s game we drove her out to Hoodview Park, a GORGEOUS new sports field/facility in Damascus, to meet up with her mom. Perfect timing…we got to watch my sisters 2nd oldest hit! I haven’t seen him play ball in YEARS! Unfortunately he got out but that’s okay, it was nice to see him hit! Too bad I left my camera in the car!
That was just the start of our sports filled weekend. Yesterday my daughter and her volleyball team hosted a tournament locally…you wouldn’t believe how nice it was to be able to sleep past 6:30am and not have to drive for 45 minutes to 1+ hours! The girls brought their A-game and dominated both their pool play in the morning as well as bracket play in the afternoon. During the championship game the girls lost the 1st set but came back to win the 2nd and 3rd! Great rallies, awesome hitting, on the ball defense! My daughters serving wasn’t up to her standard but boy was her hitting something to see…made this Mama PROUD! I only wish my mom could have been there to see her play.
Awesome playing Kid & Congratulations NCVBC 14′s Black for taking 1st place!

Be sure to visit my blog tomorrow, I’ll be posting this weeks Print it on Tuesday! Have a great monday!
