Oh my goodness where has the Summer gone! Still hard to fathom that school is upon us! Now that it’s back to school season, what perfect timing for this weeks DeNami Design Product Spotlight! This week the super cute Back to School Chickie is up for grabs for 10% off! AWESOME! To showcase the cute image I created a cute little pillow box that would be perfect to tuck a little treat or note in!
I used on of the borders from the Basic Borders stamp set and white ink to stamp a background onto blue cardstock. Once the ink was dry I die-cut a pillow box using a die that I had on hand. Don’t have a pillow box die? Not to worry, DeNami has both a downloadable version AND pre-cut pillowboxes for sale in the shop! I also die-cut a pinked oval out of red cardstock and a nested white oval as well. After stamping the Back to School Chickie image I used a few Copic markers to color it in. Finally I wrapped a piece of red chevron twill around and tied it in a bow and attached the Back to School chickie oval with foam adhesive.
