PTI Make it Monday #60 – Generational Stamping

I am REALLY enjoying playing along with Papertrey Ink’s Make it Monday tutorials/challenges on Nichole Heady’s blog. Last week I created TWO fold over address label projects using the technique shared. The first was the set of Happy Address labels. And the second, the labels I created for my Mom’s birthday ensemble.  I was seriously ecstatic to get a shout out from Nichole + PTI on their twitter and facebook feed for my project and even MORE shocked to find out I won a $25 gift certificate yesterday!  Yay me!

This week, Ashley Cannon-Newell is showing us generational stamping.  Looked fun and I especially liked that instead of pre-making the card, Ashley actually showed her process of testing the various ink colors!

Here’s my take on this weeks MIM:

Beautiful card! Love your take on craft and with that edger #5 die. Love this stamp set.

  2. Many congratulations on your win and shoutout! Came here after that! :)

This is a lovely card and I do not quite use this stamp set as much. Tks for the inspiration! And the edgers looks great! Waiting to get my hands on them….have to wait a couple of months more…till I can get PTI to ship the stuff and me getting to the US…:(

    • Thank you Shobana! I think the Edgers #5 die set is my favorite ones yet…they’re my most used ones for sure! I sat and cut a TON of different colors to have on hand!
