To create my card I started with a black card base. For the rainbow watercolor layer I got out a piece of watercolor paper and my cheap watercolor set and painted away. For the focal image I used two different stamps, this weeks product spotlight stamp, the Scallop Circle and the Flower Bloom stamp from the latest release. I inked just the stem and leaves of the Flower Bloom stamp before stamping and then stamped the Scallop Circle on top. Using my watercolors again I colored in the flower.
